Customer Service Representative or Bilingual Customer Service Representative

This is a Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm customer service position and being bilingual is a preferred skill for the position.

We are looking for temps who can provide great customer service and have the skill to work in multiple computer programs.

We are looking for candidates to work in a team environment performing a variety of tasks to include:
Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
Learn and operate office equipment and software programs including managing and distributing electronic documents.
Answering switchboard and direct calls appropriately
Perform other office and clerical duties as assigned.
