The job duties would include:
a) Receive incoming applications and prepare the file for review
b) Review bids, invoices, proof of payment and cost sheets for applications
c) Review/audit UST reimbursement and payment claims
d) Follow up on requests for additional information concerning issues with applications
e) Prepare documents such as forms and letters related to the applications
f) Have a continuous improvement mindset
